COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The competition will run for the duration of Tree Week 26th November 2022 - 4th December 2022. It ends at 23.59 on the 4th December 2022.
2. Prizes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
3. Both the selected winner and a tagged friend will only be considered a winner or runners up if they are both following the official #TOGETHERBAND Instagram page at the time of the draw
4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
5. No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
6. Instagram, Facebook, Meta or any of it's sister companies or subsidiaries are not affiliated with the competition nor administer it in any way.
7. The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
