Last Order Dates for Delivery Before Christmas
Please note that although we process orders quickly through our warehouse, deliveries may be delayed by industrial action which is not in our control.
The last order dates for delivery before Christmas are:
UK - Order by 20th December
EU - Order by 17th December
USA - Order by 14th December
REST OF THE WORLD - Order by 10th December
Extended Holiday Season Returns
To help you shop with confidence this season, we’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases made online between 16th November and 24 December 2022 can be returned up until 31st January 2023. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy will apply

We are currently experiencing delays shipping orders to North American customers due to a warehousing relocation by our logistics partner. We hope to resume a normal delivery service soon. We apologise to all affected customers.
Mexico, Colombia & Brazil deliveries are experiencing severe delays so delivery times are estimating 15-20 working days from airport clearance.
Once your order has been processed for shipment at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. We strongly encourage our customers to monitor their shipments, the progress of which can be found here http://www.dhl.co.uk/en.html

Next Day Delivery: For orders placed before 4pm (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed on Fridays before 2pm will be delivered on Monday, weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesdays

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 7-10 days, pending customs clearance.
*Mexico deliveries are experiencing severe delays so delivery times are estimating 15-20 working days from Mexican airport clearance.

Please note that the delivery fees can vary depending on the destination country, the exact and confirmed amount will be shown at checkout. For further information please contact our customer service.
In case the shipping address has been entered incorrectly and the order is dispatched to the wrong address or has to be returned we will be only able to refund the cost of the item/s, not the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with #TOGETHERBAND. We hope that you are happy with your order, however if you are not completely satisfied you may simply return the item(s) for a refund. Please note we do not cover any shipping costs for returns.
Items accepted for a return includes full price purchases and sale products (within 30 day returns policy). Excludes all masks if the package has been opened. For third party purchases please contact the store where goods were purchased directly.
Please be aware returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and should be sent back in the original #TOGETHERBAND packaging provided. We can only accept orders returned within the period stated in our Terms & Conditions and those that have previously been requested through our system or with our Customer Care team.

You will need to:
1) Provide a receipt or an order number
2) Return the item in perfect sellable condition
For Clothing products please note:
- Every product is to be returned with its original packaging
- Every clothing item needs to be returned with its original tag
- We have the right to refuse an exchange or a refund if the item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition
Once the order has been received we will refund the order purchase value to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
