Heads up: To ensure your order reaches you safely, we can’t ship to PO boxes.

Delivery Information & Lead Times


Please allow the estimated delivery times below when placing your order. Times

may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.


United Kingdom

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

Europe Mainland

• Standard Delivery: 6-8 working days

Rest of the World (including USA)

• We aim to deliver within 6–10 working days, pending customs clearance.

• Delivery fees may vary depending on your country. The exact amount will

• Import duties are not included for regions other than the USA and are the

responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Thanks for shopping with #TOGETHERBAND! We want you to love your order,

but if something isn’t right, returning it is simple.


What you can return:

• Full-price and sale items within 30 days of receipt.

• Masks cannot be returned if their package has been opened.


How to return:

• Contact Customer Service via our contact page with your order number or

receipt.

• Return items in original packaging, in perfect, sellable condition.

• Clothing must have the original tags and packaging (We may refuse a

refund or exchange if items are returned in unsatisfactory condition)


Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive

the return.

• Please note original and return shipping costs are not covered.


Note:

Items purchased from third-party stores must be returned to that store.
